Prepress Proofing Checklist

When examining your prepress proof we ask that you carefully examine the proof for:

 Color
 Clarity
 Complete copy
 Margins
 Size
 Cross-overs between pages (Do they line up properly?)
 Bleeds
 Previously requested changes
 Accurate line breaks
 Accurate page numbers
 Photo cropping
 Typefaces and font size
 Spelling
 Zip codes/phone numbers/addresses/times/locations/etc.
 Page order (if there are multiple pages)
 Graphic contrast
 Quality (no visible flaws or blemishes)
 Photo captions
 Trim size
 Folds
 Placement of perforations, diecuts, embossing, foil stamping, etc.
 Indicated finishing technique
